If you enjoy a leisurely post-holiday spirit on the waterfront in Hollywood, or a lively discusson of investment management, this event is for you. The ProAm Invesment Challenge is optional and you don't need to be present to enter (....or to have a leisurely post-holiday spirit for that matter).
ProAm Investment Challenge Rules: Two categories, Pros and Amateurs. Pick 2-5 publicly-traded securities---stocks or bonds, long or short---no mutual funds. $100K in monopoly money. Market opens Jan 25th through Dec 31. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We will also be picking a portfolio for our South Florida team as part of the Team Challenge Cup against other clubs worldwide.
