Maciej Noga, '13 (EXP-18) and Agnieszka Bieniak will engage you in a discussion about how to motivate a new generation that recently entered the job market. As you may probably noticed at your workplace, that communication and motivation methods differ significantly from what we are getting used. Maciej & Agnieszka will try to show how to utilize such a talent better and use his/her strengths in order to achieve your goals.
