It has been a year of uncertainty and new adjustment, and what better way to celebrate a new corner than to breathe the air of the Pacific Palisades and reconnect with old friends while meeting some new?
The LA-area alumni chapters of Booth, Columbia, Harvard, Haas, Kellogg, LBS, and Stanford are proud to present the first inter-club collaborative event set in the great outdoors of Los Angeles, atop the Will Rogers Historic State Park.
The hike is 2-3 miles of mild terrain, and there are shorter options for those who wish. We will have reserved picnic tables and some refreshments for the group at the base, but you are encouraged to bring your own libations (beer and wine) to enjoy responsibly after the short hike.
The agenda is as follows:
3:30 pm - Arrival and check-in
4:00 pm - Stretching session
4:15 pm - Hike begins
5:00 pm - Networking picnic, relaxation, and lawn games
6:30 pm - Event adjourns but guests can stay until 8pm at the latest
Miscellaneous details:
- Meeting spot will be at the picnic tables adjacent to the parking lot and the polo field. Look for signage of the schools.
- Tours of the museum and Will Rogers property are available earlier in the afternoon should people wish to partake prior to the hike.
- Parking is $3/hour or $12/day inside the park and free if parked just before entrance (extremely limited parking spots).
