On any given day, even the best of leaders can derail – whether because of stress, boredom or other triggers. So it's no surprise, that at such a devastating time in our country's history, that you and the people around you have probably been introduced to some new and surprising aspects of yourself – for both better and worse.
On June 30th, let's explore the "dark side" of your personality, learn about some classic causes of derailment, and most importantly connect with your fellow alumni during this highly interactive webinar and happy hour.

Carolyn Ou is an Executive/Leadership coach with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, entrepreneurship and higher education. As Director of Leadership Initiatives at the Harry L. Davis Center for Leadership, Carolyn collaborates with our campus partners and alumni to design, deliver and support alumni leadership programming worldwide. She brings to the role a passion for creating effective leaders at all levels. She has her MBA in Strategy from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and a BA with Honors from Brown University. She trained in Co-Active Coaching with the Coaches Training Institute and is a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Certified Coach, among other certifications. She has been spending her shelter-at-home time trying to learn how to properly strum a guitar as well as managing her many derailers!
