Andrew Busch (Panelist)
Global Foreign Exchange Market Strategist, BMO Capital Markets

Andrew Busch is the Global Foreign Exchange Market Strategist for BMO Capital Markets' Investment Banking Division in Chicago. He is a recognized expert on the world financial markets and how these markets are impacted by political events. Andy accurately called the 2006 Democratic takeover of Congress a full year in advance. On a regular basis, Mr. Busch consults with the staffs from the US Treasury, Congress, and the White House on economic and market issues. He met recently with US Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Council of Economic Chairman Ed Lazear. Andy has appeared for the last three years on CNBC's The Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo and is a CNBC contributor. Also, he has appeared on FOX Business, Canadian BNN's SqueezePlay, Bloomberg TV, and numerous CNN shows including Lou Dobbs Tonight. He is regularly quoted in the following press: Wall Street Journal, Reuters News Services, Dow Jones News Services, Associate Press, and the Globe and Mail. Andy is a prolific writer. Daily, his views appear in his newsletter, the Busch Update. Monthly, he writes a column for SFO (Stock, Futures, and Options) Magazine covering topics from technology to leadership. Lastly, his book, World Event Trading: How To Analyze and Make Money From Today's Headlines, is available on Amazon and will be translated into Mandarin for the summer of 2008 and Japanese in 2009. Andy joined BMO Financial Group in 1990 in the foreign exchange trading room of Harris Trust and Savings Bank, which merged with Bank of Montreal's room in 1995. Prior to joining Harris, he traded foreign exchange at Northern Trust Company. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1983, and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1988.

James L. Cahn (Panelist)
Vice President of Investments, Vestian Group, Inc.

James L. Cahn serves as Vice President of Investments for Vestian Group in Chicago, a single-family office in Chicago. James Cahn is responsible for investment idea generation, due diligence and portfolio-wide risk management at Vestian. Prior to joining Vestian, James was at Wanger Investment Management, LLC in the role of Principal and Sr. Analyst, where he advised on long/short equity portfolios as well as portfolio-level asset allocation. He remains on the Wanger Investment Management Board of Advisors. Prior to Wanger, James was a Senior Risk Consultant with Quantitative Risk Management and, previously, an Analyst with JP Morgan Fleming Asset Management. James received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2009 and earned his BS from Northwestern University. James serves as Vice President of the Society for Contemporary Art at the Art Institute.

Richard Cochinos (Panelist)
Foreign Exchange Strategist, Bank of America

Richard Cochinos, Foreign Exchange Strategist, Bank of America is responsible for providing views on market trends for Bank of America and its clients. He specializes in the G10 and Dollar bloc currencies for the firm, as well as quantitative modeling of the foreign exchange marketplace. Prior to joining Bank of America, Richard Cochinos was a foreign exchange strategist at Merrill Lynch in New York. Richard holds a MA in Economics from Northwestern University and a BA in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
