This forum event is designed for alumni entrepreneurs with $1M+ in revenue, and aims to provide tools, education and a peer network to address the challenges of scaling ventures to the next level.
Through faculty-led talks, roundtable discussions, and networking, the forum will provide unparalleled networking and learning experiences that can have long term benefit to you and your company.
Alumnus Uzi Shmilovici, '11, Cofounder and CEO of Base, will be joining for a fireside chat with Prof. Craig Wortmann. Uzi built Base while a student at Chicago Booth, and participated in the Edward L. Kaplan, '71, New Venture Challenge, winning 2nd place in the finals. Base leverages big data, mobility and real-time computing to help sales teams close more deals faster. Base has successfully raised over $52M in funding from VCs, including Tenaya Capital, OCA Ventures, Social Capital, RRE Ventures, Index Ventures, and others. We hope you can join us for this special fireside chat and event.
The sessions will focus around topics and techniques that are most relevant to scaling businesses. Hence, companies in the growth-stage will find the talks, breakout sessions and peer networking to be the most useful and relevant. If your company is projected to reach $1M in revenue by December 2016, then we invite you to register. If you have any questions about qualification, please contact Gorana Kolar, firstname.lastname@example.org.
