Alain Roumilhac (Speaker)
President, Manpower France Group
Alain Roumilhac, born in 1961 , graduated from ENSAM (National School of Arts and Crafts ) . He began his career at IBM France in 1984 and joined IBM Global Services in 1995; he became in 1999 Vice President of the Services Division for Western Europe. In 2005 he was appointed Vice President of IBM Global Services France.
In 2006 , he joined the Management Board of Osiatis , a French IT company of 3000 employees and was promoted to Executive General Manager Osiatis , a position he held until 2010 before creating CLEMADEL strategy consulting.
In 2011, he joined the Manpower Group France as Director General of Development, France and Southern Europe, the ManpowerGroup Solutions and Experis brands.
In 2012 he was appointed Chairman of ManpowerGroup France , consisting of brands , subsidiaries: Manpower, Experis , ManpowerGroup Solutions and FuturSkill , and began the transformation of ManpowerGroup in a group consisting of HR experts with a mission to support its customers in their HR challenges.
Alain Roumilhac is a member of the Executive Committee of the GPS (Association of Service Industry), the Board of Prism'emploi (Professional Federation of Employment Agencies) and the AFEP (French Association of private companies) . He is also Vice - Pesident of the Fondation Agir Contre l' Exclusion (FACE) and Chairman of the Advisory Board of " facealemploi " .
