Event Details
As you know, PIBAR - Pan India Booth Alumni Retreat is our annual event where alums from across India get together over a 2 day period to make meaningful connections with each other.
This year, it is being held in Delhi on Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th.
The organizing committee has come up with a fantastic agenda. For the first time ever, we are doing a "Back-to-School" class, which is being taught by Professor Mike Gibbs,Clinical Professor of Economics; Faculty Director of the Executive MBA Program.
This year, we are also launching Booth Interest Groups (BIG). With these groups we want to start the process of building stronger networks that focus on industry knowledge sharing that help alums succeed in their jobs, startups, businesses, etc. The idea is to organise India alumni into virtual groups, with shared interests and a clear mandate for next year.
As you are aware, PIBAR is funded through sponsorships and we are grateful to all the alums who have donated money the past two years to make PIBAR an international success.
Based on feedback we received last year, this year we will have a relatively small registration fee to attend PIBAR so that we can reduce the burden on sponsorship money to be raised. The event will still be heavily subsidized by sponsorship.

First 50 sign ups - Rs 3000
Next 50 sign ups - Rs 4000
Last 50 sign ups - Rs 5000
The cost above includes all meals - lunch, dinner and breakfast, all drinks, all programming and room rent on twin sharing basis.
If you would like to upgrade to a single room, then additional payment of Rs 3000 has to be made.
