Greetings, all --
For our next Monthly Speaker Series event, we're changing it up a bit. We are delighted to have a luncheon focusing on nuclear energy and geopolitical considerations. Please join us on Friday, 16 August 2013, for a presentation and discussion with William Fork of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP at his firm's conference center.

William Fork is an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP where he represents electric utilities and companies on international energy transaction, export control, nuclear liability and domestic regulatory issues. He assists clients regarding the regulation of international nuclear power plants, nuclear vendor procurement, and agreements for the construction, operation, and fueling of nuclear power units. In 2009, he served as the General Counsel of the implementing company of the United Arab Emirates civil nuclear power program.

Will received his LL.M. in international comparative law and J.D. from Cornell University Law School, B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a diploma in International Nuclear Law from the University of Montpellier.
