Mr. Adlai Souirgi is an adviser to several Middle East and African countries on economic development issues as well as legal and real estate matters particular to the diplomatic community. He has been an active investor and principal in the textile, real estate and export/import marketplaces worldwide over the past 40 years. He holds a law degree from Monpellier University in France.
