You are cordially invited to our annual Beyond Brunch! This summer we will be shaking things up with a Yoga class, followed by brunch at Goddess and the Baker!

Event Details
This year we will be doing a group yoga class under the instruction of one of our very own Booth alumni, Cathy Leggett!
Get together for a full 60-minute all-level yoga class (beginners welcome) outside Goddess and the Baker (Wells & Superior) on their patio. This group session is thoughtfully sequenced to counter the effects of modern-day living (e.g. strength building across areas weakened with prolonged sitting).
At the end of our class, everyone can place their orders for one specialty coffee drink and a pastry of their choosing, followed by fun chats on this year's brunch theme: What do you do to reach for the gold?

Cathy Leggett (MBA'18) is passionate about bringing Mindfulness to the business community to help nudge people towards well-being. She trained pre-professionally in classical ballet and is certified in Yoga (ERYT500H), Mindfulness, Wellness Coaching (Mayo Clinic) and Face Massage. Prior to Booth, she worked in Investment Banking for over 10 years.
