In today's dynamic and interconnected world, effective leadership requires more than just authority—it demands authenticity, a clear sense of identity, and the ability to navigate one's "deep root system." Beyond traditional leadership models, authentic leadership is grounded in self-awareness, genuine engagement, and an acknowledgement that who you are matters as much as what you do. It has become evident that in order to become a more capable leader, the inner work of becoming a more authentic person, is necessary.

This live-online mini-course, led by Samantha Coleman, delves into the synergy between authenticity and leadership identity. Through a combination of comprehensive frameworks, exercises, and real-world examples, participants will be offered insights and practical tools to cultivate leadership that is both impactful and true to oneself.

This course begins April 3, 2024.
