Marilyn Anderson (Speaker) '00
Chief Supply Chain Officer, Zoro US (a Subsidiary of W.W. Grainger)
Marilyn oversees the end-to-end digital supply chain network for Zoro. Among recent accomplishments, she oversaw the turnaround of customer service operations during the recent labor market challenges, as well as the design and delivery of an Inventory Availability Data Service. Anderson was the second candidate in the history of the University of Chicago to be accepted into a non-executive MBA program prior to earning a bachelor's degree. She was a board member of Zacharias Sexual Abuse Center, the University of Wisconsin-Madison Erdman Center, and the Chicago Center for Family Health.

Stephanie Kopa has had the opportunity to learn from a wide variety of roles across technology and consulting over the past two decades. With a strong foundation in analytics, she has brought a data-driven approach to growth strategy, customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and leadership development for companies including Expedia, Grubhub, Groupon, Bain & Company, and Deloitte Consulting. The path across these roles has been far from linear, and as a result Stephanie brings a unique perspective to the topics of career progression and finding fulfillment in the post-Booth professional journey.
Andrea Zechmann (Speaker) '18
Business Development Advisor, ILT Academy
A former attorney who discovered a deep passion for business, Andrea especially enjoys opportunities to be creative, build great products and collaborate with incredibly talented people. Through Tesla's Leadership Development Program, she dove into many facets of the business to identify several white space opportunities and opened up more than a dozen new markets. At Rivian, she built and scaled a new team and worked cross-functionally across the organization to launch Amazon's new electric delivery van.
