Kelly is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation and has over a decade of experience working with Chicago Booth students and alumni through all aspects of career management. Kelly is passionate about helping talented professionals deepen their self-awareness, clarify their objectives, and proactively drive their careers. Kelly approaches coaching with empathy and humor, and empowers clients to be resourceful and creative in pursuit of their goals.

Maureen Dowdle (Speaker)

Maureen is a Senior Associate Director for the Global Career & Leadership Development team at Chicago Booth and is responsible for providing coaching services to the Executive MBA students. Maureen joined Chicago Booth in 2017 after spending 6 years in university recruiting for two Fortune 100 companies and receiving her MBA in Human Resources.

MAureen approaches coaching from the point of view that change comes through challenging yourself; but by taking ownership of your experience and utilizing the resources around you, it is possible to develop exciting options for yourself.

Greg is responsible for administrative operations within GCLD and assistance with LEAD program management. Greg has been with Chicago Booth since December, 2021 and has prior experience in higher education and recruitment at a Fortune 200 company. Greg strives to connect EMBA students with resources as an extension of the executive coaches to empower growth. Greg is completing a PhD in leadership motivation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership.
