In this panel discussion we will discuss how NFTs and Web3 are evolving and changing the world, what NFTs and Web3 are, how NFTs work, what the real-world implications are for industries, how companies are leveraging NFTs/Web3 to add value as thought leaders, and the impact of Web3 and decentralization.
The global NFT market size is expected to grow from $3.0 billion in 2022 to $13.6 billion by 2027. We invite you to be a part of the conversation and learn more about this growing sector!

Speaker Profiles
Tina Djenge (Speaker) '20
Co-founder and COO, Alpha Trend
Tina is an experienced operator and a serial entrepreneur with 12+ years in building, commercializing, and scaling disruptive technology solutions in the areas of blockchain/crypto, AI/ML and IOT.
Her career involved work in consulting, product management, investing, founding, and operating companies powered by analytical models.
Most recently, Tina co-founded an analytical startup for digital assets called Alpha Trend, where she serves as a Chief Operating Officer. Alpha Trend focuses on de-risking digital assets, such as crypto coins and NFTs, based on multi-factor models and unexplored signals to help individuals increase investing conviction and make profitable decisions powered by data.
Tina received her MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where she was recognized as a Polsky Fellow, a prestigious award given to accomplished UChicago Alumni founders. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign.
Lynn Liss (Speaker) '01
Co-founder and COO, Akoin
Lynn is COO and Co-Founder of blockchain company and cryptocurrency Akoin, Co-founded with global leader Akon. She is an operations executive and social impact leader; driving financial revolutions, building empowering technology and business models, forging strategy, partnerships and teams for massive social change.
Executing Akoin's mission to empower entrepreneurship and financial inclusion across Africa, including blockchain, cryptocurrency and Web3.0/DEFI/NFT expertise, she brings 10+ years in the social impact and startup sector and 10+ years as an management consultant with top global firms to the table; advising, executing and operating innovating business and financial models with C-level executives.
Lynn was a first mover in the 'blockchain for good' space providing executive advisement to blockchain companies and new cryptocurrencies with a social impact. Combined with an MBA in Strategy/Finance from Booth/University of Chicago, Lynn has deep networks and experience across the startup, venture, entertainment, finance, technology, and social good space.
Peixin Mo (Speaker)
Product Manager, Scopely
Peixin Mo (PMo) is passionate about the intersection of entertainment and technology. She is a web3 product manager at Scopely, where she is working on the launch of the company's first web3/blockchain gaming offering.
She is also the co-founder of dreampond.io, a social club for web3 singles. PMo graduated from Wharton for her MBA/MA and BS/BA degrees, as part of the Lauder and Huntsman programs. She started her career at Deloitte Consulting and previously worked in the artificial intelligence and film industries. She speaks Mandarin and Arabic and loves to travel.
Alex Poscente (Moderator)
Entrepreneur in Residence, Launch House
Alex Poscente is a serial entrepreneur from Dallas, Texas who currently lives in Los Angeles, California. Growing up, her passions have always rested at the intersection of art, technology, and impact.
At 10, she started a summer camp for kids, at 16, a city-wide art collection company, at 19, an augmented reality platform, and at 22, a remote consultancy for top students and graduates called Ivy Insights.
She is a Z Fellow, Launch House Entrepreneur in Residence, and angel investor. Alex attended The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Creative Writing.
