Hear her thoughts on defining what it means to have it all and what it takes to get ahead. Additionally, get a view on what women bring to board positions, breaking gender myths and biases, and how to best position your experiences and career for future board opportunities.

Lesley Grossblatt AB'92 (Panelist)
COO & VP Product, theBoardlist

Lesley has led product, innovation and growth efforts at Netflix, Intuit, AltSchool and CreativeLive; she also holds multiple patents for software products. Lesley was recently named to Fast Company's 2017 Most Creative People in Business List and has been a featured speaker at Fast Company's Innovation Festival, the inaugural Women in Product conference, The Girls Lounge and Intuit's Create the Offering and Design for Delight conferences. Lesley has served as an advisor to several technology startups in blockchain, real estate technology and e-commerce spaces and as a member of a non-profit board. Lesley earned her BA at the University of Chicago and JD at the University of California-Hastings College of the Law.

Ann Montilla MBA'05 (Moderator)
VP, Jones Lang LaSalle

Ann is an office-leasing specialist with over 15 years of real estate experience. She has been involved in hundreds of leasing transactions in downtown San Francisco. She has created specialized financial models to illustrate innovative leasing strategies and quantify the impact that leasing decisions have on both the landlord and tenant. Prior to joining JLL, Ann worked for Arthur Andersen and Standard & Poor's in the areas of real estate tax and valuation.

Ann received an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Civil Engineering degree from UCLA. She is a CFA charterholder and a LEED accredited professional.
