Hydrogen, sustainable energy of the future?
Renewable energy is at the forefront of the economic and political debate. It is seen by many as the primary sector to boost the revival of the economy, the solution to climate heating, the answer to the depletion of fossil fuel reserves and the way towards less political dependency.
We have the privilege to welcome Dr. Vandenborre as our next Chicago Booth luncheon speaker. He will address the potential of Hydrogen as the sustainable energy of the future. Dr. Vandenborre is one of the world authorities in this field. He is founder and CEO of V-Energy and Board member of several international companies in the field of Hydrogen. He was Vice Chairman of NASDAQ-listed Hydrogenics (HYGS), Chairman of TSX-listed Stuart Energy (HHO) and founder of Vandenborre Technologies. He advised EU Presidents Prodi and Barosso on Hydrogen and Fuel Cells, was member of several advisory committees on Hydrogen, and is frequently asked as speaker at international conferences. He has over 50 patents in his name.
