Event Details

John Pepper, the CEO and Co-founder of Boston’s Boloco Inspired Burritos fast casual chain, will be joining us at our next EAG dinner to share his history and entrepreneurial story. John is open and candid, and you will enjoy learning from his experiences – the good and bad. John helped start the chain in 1997 with three other partners and became more and more involved in the day to day operation as he worked to make “the vision” become reality. With fifteen locations and four more expected in the next year, Boloco has demonstrated steady growth over the last ten years. Growth has been aided by two timely mergers: one with a two unit wrap chain and the other with a similarly sized smoothie chain. Boloco has been named one of “Boston’s Best” by Boston magazine for the last three consecutive years. John is a graduate of Boston University and received his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School in 1997.

Cost
