Please be sure to enter via Spear Street (between Market and Mission), as this is the main security entrance where you'll sign-in, and is the only door you may access before standard business hours. You'll need a photo ID for security to sign you in. Below is the address and a map link. Once you get through, look for the Steuart Tower in the main lobby (it will be towards your right once you past security and the Spear Tower elevators). The security guards should be able to assist you, and lead you straight to the elevators.
