We are at an unprecedented tipping point. Half of American workers are making career changes in light of the pandemic. Employee engagement has dropped for the first year in a decade. About 75% of employees report symptoms of burnout, and mental health issues have tripled since the start of the pandemic and are continuing to rise. In short, people are over it.
Women are uniquely positioned to emerge as the human-centric leaders who will drive the future of work. And it all begins with self-awareness of our own operating styles. We cannot effectively impact others until we understand ourselves.

In this interactive, working session, author and leadership development consultant Caroline G. Nuttall will uncover insight into our individual operating styles using the Predictive Index, a mathematically based measurement tool rooted in the study of trait psychology that measures our atomic drives to predict behavior. This session will give you concrete data about how you are wired* and how you are adapting to your current environment, uncover potential blind spots, and leave you with an objective understanding of how others on your team may be experiencing you as a leader.

Caroline G. Nuttall is an author and consultant focused on leadership development and team performance. As well as founding, building, and selling a successful multimedia company, Caroline was a Hollywood publicist for some of the world's biggest and most beloved brands. She went on to serve as a Vice President at ForbesBooks and CEO of the world's first talent agency for marketing thought leaders. Today, Caroline develops leaders and helps transform organizations as a senior consultant with the Oliver Group. She recently published her first book, BIG FISH: An Entrepreneur's Guide to Success, Impact and Legacy.
