Anita Brick (Moderator)
Director of MBA Career Advancement Programs, University of Chicago Booth School of Business

In a career that spans corporate, entrepreneurial, and academic sectors, Anita R. Brick, Director of MBA Career Advancement Programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Founder of The Encouragement Institute, Inc., has demonstrated accomplishments in consulting, executive coaching, public speaking, writing, and video production to audiences worldwide. She served as an Officer in Corporate Development and Marketing at a global bank; Vice-President of Marketing for a start-up financial network; equity stakeholder in an organizational development and career management firm; and creative communications director of a motivation and media development firm.

Ms. Brick has written, lectured, and been quoted about career management, executive development, and motivational issues to global audiences including the Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Chicago Tribune, the Economist, BP, Northwestern University, and the Federal Reserve Bank. She has served as a contributor to The Wall Street Journal's National Business Employment Weekly, The World Tribune, The Resourceful Woman, WBBU Radio, and No Matter What TV. Ms. Brick holds a Bachelors degree in English from the University of Chicago and Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Leena Sukumar (Panelist) '08
Senior Director, Integrated Marketing GTM, Indigo

Leena Sukumar is an experienced marketer with over 10 years of experience in the skincare, health and wellness industry. She currently leads the North American Integrated Field Marketing team at an Agricultural startup called Indigo Agriculture, which has ambitious plans of transforming the agriculture industry for the better. She was previously the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing at the Vitamin Shoppe, a specialty vitamins and sports supplement retailer. Before that, she headed Marketing and Product for novel B2B and B2C skincare diagnostic tools at a disruptive startup called mySkin Inc, space of quantified skincare and skin health measurement technology.

She is passionate about health and wellness, the food ecosystem, the environment and concepts of circular economy and tying it back to customer and human behavior. This is what piqued her interest in and ultimately landed her in Marketing at Indigo Agriculture. She has a 2008 MBA from the University of Chicago in Marketing, Strategy and International Business. Prior to that she was a software engineer and product manager at Motorola Inc. where she worked with a world class international team that created and rolled out mobile phones across the world. Leena loves to meld her deep experience in technology with a creative approach to customer needs and customer experience so as to develop the best processes, products and services that truly make a difference in people's lives.

Adam Ginsburgh (Panelist)
Principal Supply Chain Manager, Amazon

Adam is currently a Principal Supply Chain Manager in Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) business. MCF allows Sellers to leverage Amazon's fulfillment capacity and operations expertise for their non-Amazon ordering channels. Prior to Amazon, Adam led growth initiatives for Uber Technologies' Airports division, was the Co-Founder & COO of Chicago-based fintech startup Align Income Share Funding, and spent 10+ years in regional management in Goldman Sachs' Private Wealth Management division. Adam received his BA and from Northwestern University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. A native Chicagoan, Adam currently lives in Seattle with his wife and two children and is enjoying exploring the Pacfic Northwest.
