The On Board conference brings together Booth MBAs and business and nonprofit leaders to share key trends and insights in nonprofit board service.

At the third annual On Board conference in New York City, attendees will learn how to make the most of their board service and discover new opportunities to make an impact. Hosted by the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, the conference speaks to varying levels of professional experience and highlights common issues facing nonprofit organizations and their boards of directors. On Board is open to the public.

Highlights of On Board 2018 include:

  • Keynote by Booth alumnus David Resnick, MBA '85, JD '85, board president of the Jewish Museum in New York
  • Sessions on building effective partnerships across sectors, innovative ideas for fund-raising, and identifying the right-fit board
