Russell S. Hamilton (Panelist)

Russell Hamilton has over 15 years of experience in financial services. He is in the Innovation Group at Wells Fargo & Co, where he focuses on Artificial Intelligence and advancing digital and mobile strategies. Previously, he was in the Innovation & Strategic Partnerships group at Visa Inc, where he was a liaison to the Venture Capital and startup communities and negotiated Visa's first mobile payments agreements with telcos to launch new products in Africa and other markets. Russell has also worked at American Express and as a consultant at Booz Allen & Hamilton. He has an MBA from Stanford and an MS in Engineering from UC Berkeley.

Eric Sager is the Chief Revenue Officer at BlueVine, a small business alternative Lending startup. He was previously Head of Sales and Head of Growth & Retention at Square. He began his career at Capital One and was a Principal with Bain & Company. Eric holds a BS degree in Business from Mississippi College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Emeline graduated from Vanderbilt University and spent the first chapter of her career pursuing her passions around energy and the environment before attending The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. After graduating from Booth, Emeline was fortunate to have a management consulting career that ultimately lead to the start up community in San Francisco. Today, Emeline works on the Business Development Team at Plaid where she is thrilled to partner with financial institutions to support high quality integrations and identify opportunities to streamline and modernize customer experiences through digitization.

Tim Marder is currently a Fintech Senior Supervisory Analyst at the San Francisco Fed and previously worked for 15 years as a Bank Examiner. He has been responsible for examinations, including those of a large bank holding company as well as several troubled community banks. Tim is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, has an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and a BA in History from UCLA.

He first got his start in financial services 10 years ago as a software engineer. Since, he has worked at various startups including RichRelevance and Zynga. Jonathan holds a MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Tanya Loh runs VC Partnerships with leading seed and early stage VCs for M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund. She has worked across industries and brought to market several startups, including Yammer which was acquired by Microsoft in 2012. Tanya holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, & Strategy from Chicago Booth, and a BA from Yale.
