Shailendra Singh (Shelly), Global Head of Client Services, Sales and Commercial Effectiveness at Mu Sigma. With over 20 years of experience in the services industry, Shelly is well-versed in client engagement, building teams, aligning resources to a customer-centric vision and managing P&L. Previously with IBM, he was a Partner and Sales Leader for Global Process Services business for North America, managing large scale of clients and P&L. With his deep expertise in sales initiation, financial oversight and integration of operational and technology initiatives, led to major business turnaround at IBM, Alcatel and Daksh. Shelly is a graduate in commerce from Delhi University, ICWAI-F and attended the executive program at Harvard. He is based out of Chicago, USA.
