Since 1997 Hélène Seiler has led a boutique career management company focused on international executives. Initially focused on executive recruiting for international consulting companies and global corporation hiring strategy consultants, her firm logically expanded to executive career coaching and talent management of high-potential international executives in 2001. Prior to founding Helsei Consulting, Hélène worked for nine years as a strategy and change management consultant, in Western Europe and in the United States, with Charles Riley Consultants International and A.T. Kearney.

Her experience includes executive recruiting, career management, and outplacement. Hélène typically works with international management consultants, entrepreneurs, expatriate executives, and executive mothers. She coaches in English and in French. She has a master of management science degree from The Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (France). A certified coach with the International Coaches Federation, she frequently speaks about career management issues at major international corporations and strategy consulting firms, as well as at European business schools. Hélène is a French national and a permanent US resident. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.

Bill Belknap has 30 years of senior management and human resource experience, with more than 10 years at the vice president level. He has headed the human resource function for fast-paced companies in a variety of industries, including high tech, medical cost containment, consumer products, office products and financial information.
