Rex Sinquefield formed Dimensional Fund Advisors in 1981 with David Booth. He currently focuses his time on his many philanthropic endeavors including the Show Me Institute, Chess Club and Scholastic Center of St Louis, as well as policy development in Education and Tax reform. Mr Sinquefield serves on the following boards: DePaul University, Missouri Botanical Garden, Missouri History Museum, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, Saint Louis Art Museum, Saint Louis Symphony, Contemporary Art Museum Saint Louis, and Saint Louis University. He received a BS from St Louis University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
