Exclusively for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business alumni, Back to Booth is a lifelong learning platform designed to help alumni meet the challenges of the global, ever-changing business landscape. From the same faculty you admired as a student, alumni may continue to learn and develop new skills to meet the growing demands of the modern workplace. Content of our executive education programs represent the same intellect and rigor found in our MBA classes.
This session, designed exclusively for Chicago Booth Alumni, will include topics covered in the MBA course of the same name. This program aims to take students to the next level beyond strategies and processes negotiation.
This session will enhance your ability to deal with difficult negotiators and difficult negotiations by taking you through a set of negotiation exercises that are more complex and more authentic than the ones you have previously seen. The exercises will include: dynamic negotiations, complex deal structuring negotiations, sustaining negotiated value, and negotiations that require coordination of internal and external parties.
