We request the pleasure of your company at a special backstage visit at Zurich "Hauptbahnhof".

Over 300'000 commuters pass through Switzerland's main transportation hub every day. This large number of travelers needs to be catered to, which Candrian Catering has been doing for almost 100 years currently at over a dozen restaurants and points of sales within the station.
Chicago Booth alumni will be given the opportunity to visit the entire premise, one of the largest of its kind in Switzerland. In particular the visit will include a tour of logistics and production which are centralised beneath the main hall of the station and include a bakery, a fully-fledged pastry kitchen, a dedicated sandwich shop, its own butcher and several units for savory food preparation. Given the large volumes consumed, the main station even smokes its own salmon and roasts its own coffee.
The visit will be followed by a brief introduction by Patrick Candrian and a lunch at Au Premier or Imagine restaurant, depending on number of people attending.
Please reserve your space as soon as possible, but at the latest by February 28th, as seats are limited to 40. Your request will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
CHF55 total cost incl. drinks. Tour is free.

Cancellation less than 48 hours prior and no show on the
day will be charged a cancellation fee of full cost of lunch (CHF55)
