There has been an interest in getting together to share experiences as female professionals working in Dubai and a new network has been created to enhance this experience.

Event Details
Just so we are all on the same page about what this network is (and is not!) a group of us have put together some notes below. Very open of course to changing the format if it doesn't work, let's see how it goes.
To help enable a discussion, the Host will propose some reading for everyone to do before the session.
Purpose:
1) to connect female professionals to discuss key themes impacting their professional life (both in the workplace and at home), and 2) discuss recent business articles/books and/or listen to guest speaker presentations (if available).
Audience: cross-industry female professionals who are keen to grow and network by listening and contributing to lively discussions about career opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Suggested frequency/date: Once every 2 months. Every month a different host that chairs/prepares the discussions (although format is to be very free-flowing).
