Increasingly in a global competitive market place business leaders have to cross beyond traditional boundaries, while exercising a broad array of skills. Growing business and creating shareholder value require an eye on innovation in product and business models, and ultimately leaders will have to transition to roles that may not have existed in the past. Dr. Khan will share thoughts and his insights into looking ahead with a goal to competing effectively. Needless to say, organizational success for the most part is a fundamental necessity to one's career and personal growth no matter how one chooses to define success. So what will the competitive skills of the future be and what are we as senior executives looking for in developing tomorrow's leaders? How do we harness these skills collectively to win in the market place? We hope this is more a discussion than just a presentation.
