Join us for a Walking Dinner in the “Restaurant of the Future” at Wageningen University.
The Restaurant of the Future is a unique research facility, where research on food choice is carried out in the real-life environment. Using state-of-the-art technology and situational research methods, people are studied and observed as they eat, and in their perception of the flavour and scent of food. Regional products will be served and our eating will get a scientific touch!
