Stacey Hadash (Speaker) '96
Managing Director, Bank of America Corporation
Stacey Hadash is managing director and chief operating officer for Global Capital Markets at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The business includes equity capital markets, investment grade capital markets, leveraged finance, corporate finance, and derivatives & foreign exchange origination.
Prior to joining the firm in 2005, she was managing director and Head of Financial Planning at The New York Stock Exchange. Before that, she worked with Governor Ann Richards at Public Strategies, a communications consulting firm.
In 1996, Stacey joined the mergers & acquisitions group at Goldman Sachs in New York. She later moved to London to advise companies in the communications, media and technology sectors. She started in investment banking as an analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Earlier in her career, she worked on economic policy in the 1992 Clinton/Gore campaign. Following the election, she was appointed as a Special Assistant in the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs at the U.S. Department of State.
Stacey holds a BA from Smith College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is on the board of the Ann Richards School Foundation. Stacey is a 2003 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
