Join us for a discussion by leading law and economics scholar, Richard Epstein, the James Parker Hall Distinguished Service Professor Emeritus of Law and Senior Lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, and Norman Maclean Faculty Awardee. Professor Epstein will discuss the theory of governance that animated the Framers' original constitutional design, shedding light on contemporary disputes in economic policy and regulation.
