Event Details
Over the past several years, there has been NO shortage of opinions on what it takes to be innovative. Almost every major business publication has published a survey or written articles summarizing someone else's blueprint for innovation success. The truth is - there is no cookie-cutter methodology or organizational design you can implement.
You don't just claim "innovation" to make it happen. Rather, successful innovation requires a systemic approach to driving culture change.
While you can learn from leading practices, only you know what will work in YOUR organization. Through a mix of case study and leading practice examples, we will discuss a practical framework for defining an appropriate operating model to begin building a culture of innovation at your company.
