Event Details
Please join us for Minneapolis' first Back to Booth Barbecue event in beautiful Minnehaha Park! Bring food to share, games, and Booth maroon gear. The Chicago Booth Alumni Club of Minneapolis/St. Paul will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, buns, cold bottled water, and a charcoal barbecue grill. Please bring your own beverages (no glass bottles please; beer in cans is ok), plus a side dish or dessert to share. (If you need kosher, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, or other special foods, please bring your own.)
Wabun Picnic Area B includes a wading pool and playground for kids, as well as restrooms on site. Our reserved picnic area has a roof, so this event is rain or shine. (The park will be open until 10:00 pm, if you'd like to enjoy the dog park, gardens, and/or Minnehaha Falls after the potluck picnic.) The Booth Barbecue is an event aimed at bringing together grads and their families with local Chicago Booth alumni and current students (interns in the area this summer as well as weekend program participants) through fun, family-friendly activities.
