National Louis University

Event Details

M&A, private equity, strategic alliance, venture capital- the corporate finance toolkit for small and emerging business can be quite sophisticated. But access to, and the results derived from, its range of techniques is highly differentiated with an elite enjoying "unicorn" valuations and many others needing to draw their contentment via lifestyle more than economic rewards.

Relying on his breadth and depth of insightful original research, our speaker can discuss the means by which decision makers use their available resources effectively to position their firms in the best of times. And as an advisor on small business issues to national policy makers, he could offer guidance on what help is on the way to accelerating the engine of job creation.
