Our Vision: The Chicago Booth Women’s Network strives to help women in business confidently navigate their career paths and overcome challenges unique to women in the workplace. We offer inclusive and inspiring engagement opportunities and social gatherings designed to encourage the exchange of ideas, insights, and personal journeys. We are a global community of Booth women empowering each other for continued professional success.
How does the Chicago Booth Women's Network work?
Since 2002, the Chicago Booth Women's Network has been a grassroots organization, driven by individual alumnae volunteers. Our board of directors leads worldwide initiatives and maintains our close connection with Chicago Booth. Local volunteers drive regional gatherings and events. What does the Chicago Booth Women's Network do?
The Chicago Booth Women's Network is dedicated to connecting all the women of Booth and empowering each other for continued professional success. Through our regular, worldwide event series; monthly newsletter; and LinkedIn and Facebook groups we provide a forum for alumnae to exchange news and professional information.
How do I join?
All women graduates of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business are a part of the Chicago Booth Women's Network (over 12,000 alumnae worldwide).
How many events does the Chicago Booth Women’s Network host per year?
Chicago Booth Women's Network hosts four annual event series throughout the year across the globe:
- Leadership Summit (March - May): Professional development events featuring a panel or speaker
- Beyond Brunch (June - August): Casual and social gatherings for alumnae
- Ideas Exchange (September - November): A series of events to facilitate innovation and exchange of ideas
- Holiday Tea (December - January): Casual and social gatherings for alumnae
Additional regional events are driven by local alumnae volunteers to provide opportunities for professional development and social networking. We also work with other women's groups at Chicago Booth and elsewhere to plan or publicize events that benefit women in business more broadly.

Join the City Ambassador Program! We are looking for volunteers around the world to be the local face of Chicago Booth Women's Network. City Ambassadors liaise with school and other local alumni organizations to plan and market events, which is a huge contribution to creating a thriving, global Booth community.
