In partnership with Chicago Booth’s Career Services, the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation helps Booth students and alumni explore professional opportunities in the social sector.
Booth students have landed at foundations, impact-investing funds, consulting firms, startups such as LuminAID and Moneythink, and education organizations.
For students interested in entrepreneurship, Booth offers the Entrepreneurial Internship Seminar (BUS 34105), which allows first-year Full-Time MBA students to participate in a subsidized summer internship with a startup. For more information, contact the University of Chicago Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation’s Hannah Williams.
Booth also offers the Community Catalyst Fund, through which Booth MBA students pursuing internships at education, government, or nonprofit organizations can apply for a stipend to supplement their income. For more information on the Community Catalyst Fund, email Meftehe Shebi.
Global Talent Solutions is Booth's online resource for searching and applying for jobs with companies seeking Booth talent. It’s also the easiest way to access job listings in the social sector. For questions about GTS, email GTS Help.
