Robert Clauser

Robert Clauser, ’93, is a TED Resident who's given a TED Talk on philanthropy and social impact, and he has extensive experience in the corporate, startup, and nonprofit worlds as a founder and C-suite leader.

He is currently the COO of Tina Brown Live Media, Women in the World Media, and the American Justice Summit, three related media companies that provide a global platform to women, practitioners championing US judicial reform, and more. Clauser has more than 20 years of experience in media and entertainment strategy and operations and deep financial experience related to fund-raising, and recently produced “MeToo, Now What?” for PBS.  

Clauser is a philanthropist with roles including CEO and founder of Philanthropy Sharktank, COO/CFO of WNET Public Media, board committee member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, founding board member of icouldbe.org, and founding director and treasurer of StartOut.
