The Kilts mentoring program is cosponsored by the Kilts Center for Marketing, Alumni Affairs and Development, and the student marketing groups, and made possible by a generous donation from Karen Katen, '74.
This program supports students interested in marketing careers by pairing them with Chicago Booth alumni who have three to ten years of post-MBA experience and who work in marketing roles.

We accept mentor applications at any time and matching takes place during the fall of each year. The program runs winter through summer months. We encourage pairs to connect for about one hour, once a month by phone or in person.
We accept applications throughout the year and assign student mentees in October/November.
