Tax Reform in the United States: Known Unknowns and Unknown Unknowns

The 2017 United States tax reform reduced corporate tax rates and contained many other provisions affecting corporate and other business taxes. Professor Zwick will discuss the motivations for these changes, along with their likely effects and the preliminary evidence.
