Over 1,300 alumni from 57 countries registered to join us for Reconnect 2020. Attendees heard from professors including Richard Thaler, Nicholas Epley, Linda Ginzel, and Michael Gibbs, AB ’84, AM ’84, PhD ’89 (Economics). Dean Rajan and deputy dean Randall S. Kroszner gave updates on the school, mentioning Booth largest-ever incoming class and the campus opening in London. Deputy dean Starr Marcello, AM ’04, MBA ’17 spoke with current students about their experience over the past few months—all of whom said it has been largely positive and there have even been some unexpected outcomes like the chance to meet and work with fellow students across all programs, not just their own.

As much as the class dinners downtown, the packed classroom session, and hugs and handshakes from classmates were missed, reunion alumni were still able to safely gather and celebrate their time in business school and the lifelong connections and learning that come with being a Booth graduate. We look forward to the next reunion cycle, and we are thankful to have so many alumni who participated in this unprecedented year.
