Associate Director, Relationship Management
Janice Farrar, Associate Director, Relationship Management, manages established on-campus corporate relationships in the advertising, consulting, consumer packaged goods, household & personal products, healthcare/pharmaceutical and retail industries. She assists companies with their recruiting strategy. Ensuring companies maximize their time and resources while on-campus in an effort to secure Booth talent for their organizations.
Senior Associate Director, Career Services
Fern O’Neill is the Senior Associate Director of Career Services for full-time students. She is responsible for developing and delivering career management programming as well as coaching students on all aspects of their job search. She has worked at Chicago Booth since 2007. Prior to joining the Chicago Booth, Fern gained experience across a wide range of Consumer Package Goods marketing roles in both Chicago and New York. Additionally, she worked in a Marketing training role where she trained and coached marketers to build their marketing and leadership skills. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Senior Associate Director, Career Management
Heather Packo provides career coaching to Full-Time MBA students and designs and facilitates innovative career programming for Chicago Booth students. As a Certified MBA Career Coach, she works with students to create partnerships that lead to increased career success and satisfaction. Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Heather served as the Director of Academic & Career Management at Northwestern University, also holding positions at various institutions of higher education including Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Emerson College. Formally, Heather served as a Music Industry Executive at Sony Music Entertainment.
Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University. She has also completed coursework from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Sarah is a second-year student at Chicago Booth. After receiving her bachelor's degree in international relations and economics from the University of Pennsylvania, she worked at an international non-profit and then at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division. This past summer she interned with McKinsey as a Generalist in the Washington D.C. office and focused on a project in healthcare marketing.
Rudwan is a first-year student pursuing concentrations in strategic management and managerial organizations and behavior. Rudwan was raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa. Prior to coming to Chicago Booth, Rudwan spent the first year of his career working as a project engineer throughout the Chicago suburbs and the following three years as a structural engineer working on various nuclear power plants throughout the United States. This summer, Rudwan will be interning as a generalist at either BCG or McKinsey in their Chicago offices.
