Join our online chat to hear from current students and their most recent trek experiences.Students participate in industry treks each year in the US and around the world to learn about the industries of interest to them by meeting with alumni and professionals in a wide range of fields. Eileen Feng , Current Student
photo Eileen Eileen is a first-year MBA student pursuing concentrations in Strategic & Analytic Management and Entrepreneurship. She grew up in the Bay Area and went to school at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics). After college she worked in New York, first as an Assistant Buyer at Macy's and then as a Technology Consultant for Bluewolf, an IBM company. She was one of the leaders of the 2017 Booth Tech Trek and is currently recruiting for product management opportunities in tech.

Inbar Goodman , Current Student
Inbar photo Inbar is a first-year student at Booth. Inbar holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Management from Tel Aviv University. She has served in the Israel Defense Forces as an Intelligence Analyst and a commander, and most recently, she spent the last four years working in Intellectual Property Law, focusing on patent litigation in the technology and life sciences sectors. At Booth, Inbar has recently led the Health Care Group’s first student trek to health care companies on the West Coast.

Laurie Michaelson , Current Student
Laurie Laurie is a first-year MBA student pursuing concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing Analytics. She holds a B.S. in Economics from New York University and an M.A. in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen. Prior to Booth, she worked in strategy, most recently spending three years in the internal strategy group at Allianz in Munich, Germany. She was one of the leaders of the 2017 Booth Tech Trek.

Candace Tkac , Current Student
Candace photo Candace is a first-year student at Booth concentrating in marketing management, marketing analytics, and entrepreneurship. She graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, making her a double maroon. Prior to Booth, Candace worked in management consulting at L.E.K. as a senior associate consultant, where she helped Medtech companies develop growth strategies and acquisition considerations. Candace is passionate about user experience, new product development and launch, and user-centric design, and is recruiting for rotational leadership, product marketing, and product management roles in the tech space.

Juan Pablo Sans Quiroz 2018 , Current Student
Juan photo Juan Pablo Sans is a first year student at Chicago Booth interested in Asset Management, prior to coming to Booth, he worked at BNP Paribas in New York as a fixed income and interest rate derivatives trader for Latin America. Similarly he has more than 5 years of experience in Sales&trading for various global banks in México and U.S. During his free time, he enjoys reading and exercise.

Lizzie Seidenstricker , Associate Director of Admissions Marketing
Lizzie Seidenstricker Lizzie joined the admissions team in June 2015. She serves as a part of the admissions committee and works to develop creative content for various Booth communication channels. She also works closely with The Booth Experience Fellows. Prior to joining Booth, Lizzie attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned her bachelor’s degree in strategic communication and communication arts. After graduation, she worked as a freelance videographer/editor for various companies around Milwaukee. In her spare time, Lizzie works as part of the production team for the WBEZ podcast PleasureTown.

Samantha Xue , Current Student
samantha Samantha is a first year student at Booth. She grew up in Washington State and attended the University of Washington, where she studied Accounting. Upon graduation, she worked as a credit analyst at Goldman Sachs. At Booth, she’s an active member of the Investment Management Group, Credit Group, Hedge Fund Group, and Greater China Club. She helped organize the west coast investment management career trek in December 2017. Outside of school/work, she enjoys running, exploring Chicago’s art and food scenes, and traveling.
