Assistant Director of Admissions Outreach
Kelsey joined the Full Time Admissions team in September 2015. In addition to serving as part of the admissions committee she works with the Operations Team on global outreach and events. Prior to Chicago Booth, Kelsey travelled as an Educational Leadership Consultant visiting collegiate campuses across the country. She earned her bachelor’s degree is Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, where she interned for the Student Life and Learning office and became a die-hard Hoosier Basketball fan.
Assistant Director, Admissions
Kimberly Epps joined Chicago Booth’s Full-Time Admissions Office in July 2015. Kim is Assistant Director on the Outreach Team and is responsible for the Campus Visit Program and Booth Live events. Prior to Booth, Kim worked in the non-profit sector and has held positions at American Bar Association and American Library Association. Born and raised in Chicago, Kim received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University and a Meeting, Convention and Exhibition Management Certificate from Roosevelt University. Kim volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House near the University of Chicago Comer Hospital. You can catch Kim on the sidelines cheering on her son at various sporting events in her spare time.
Senior Associate Director of Admissions
Along with recruiting, reading applications, and interviewing candidates for Chicago Booth, Eddie leads recruitment initiatives for under-represented minorities including African American, Hispanic American, Native American, women, and gays and lesbians. He also works on marketing initiatives. Eddie has served as a co-chair for the annual Graduate Management Admission Counsel (GMAC) conference, and is Chicago Booth's representative for the Ten School Diversity Alliance (TSDA).
Senior Associate Director of Admissions and Analytics
Nima joined the Full Time Admissions team in December 2015. She is responsible for driving analytics and overall admissions operations. Prior to joining the Admissions Office, Nima spent five years in Career Services on the Employer Relations team. She joined the team in 2009 and helped develop new employer relationships on the west coast of the United States and later by industry within technology, investment management, media, entertainment, sports, and start-ups across all industries. During her time she developed Amazon into a top employer at Chicago Booth. Nima also worked for the Advisory Board Company and Johns Hopkins International and has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Health Science/Management. Originally from New Jersey, Nima lives in the South Loop with her husband (Full Time Program, Class of 2010) and twins. In her free time she enjoys cooking, eating out in Chicago, attending concerts and traveling.
Senior Associate Director, Admissions
Joanna joined the Full Time MBA Admissions office in August 2007 and has worked with various groups across the team. Currently as Communications Specialist, she works on developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies. Prior to Booth Joanna served as an account executive for marketing and advertising agencies New York and Chicago. Joanna's experience in higher education includes managing admissions for the Chicago Campus of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as acting as student advisor, instructor, and program coordinator for Lorenzo de’ Medici – The Italian International Institute, an international university in Florence, Italy. Joanna received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
