Katie Bell , Director Kilts Center for Marketing
Katie Bell Katie Claussen Bell is director of the James M. Kilts Center for Marketing. Bell began working for the University of Chicago in 2005, first at the Harris School of Public Policy - Cultural Policy Center and then at Chapin Hall, a policy research center that focuses on children, families, and their communities. Bell graduated from Saint Mary's College (in Notre Dame, Indiana) in 2001 and launched her professional career at CNA, where she worked in corporate marketing and communications roles. She then earned a master of arts in sociology from Loyola University Chicago in 2006.

Heather Packo , Senior Associate Director, Career Management
Heather Packo provides career coaching to Full-Time MBA students and designs and facilitates innovative career programming for Chicago Booth students. As a Certified MBA Career Coach, she works with students to create partnerships that lead to increased career success and satisfaction. Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Heather served as the Director of Academic & Career Management at Northwestern University, also holding positions at various institutions of higher education including Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Emerson College. Formally, Heather served as a Music Industry Executive at Sony Music Entertainment.
Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Master of Arts from The Ohio State University. She has also completed coursework from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jamie Rubinstein , Current Student
Jamie Jamie is a second year student at Booth with concentrations in Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. Prior to business school, Jamie worked in Public Relations for Emanate PR, a Ketchum agency, and was based in New York, NY. She was a Senior Associate in both the Account Management and Business Development practices where she led client teams including KFC, Bank of America, and Hilton Hotels. Following business school, Jamie will be taking on a full-time role in CPG marketing as an Assistant Brand Manager at MARS Wrigley in Chicago. She went to the University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree and earned a B.A. in Communications and Psychology.

Joanna Zisis , Senior Associate Director, Admissions
Joanna joined the Full Time MBA Admissions office in August 2007 and has worked with various groups across the team. Currently as Communications Specialist, she works on developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies. Prior to Booth Joanna served as an account executive for marketing and advertising agencies New York and Chicago. Joanna's experience in higher education includes managing admissions for the Chicago Campus of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as acting as student advisor, instructor, and program coordinator for Lorenzo de’ Medici – The Italian International Institute, an international university in Florence, Italy. Joanna received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
