Dina Jachi is a student in the Class of 2017 at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. Dina interned with the Financial Institutions group at Morgan Stanley in New York during this past summer and prior to Booth, Dina was a Consultant at Aon Inpoint, a strategy consulting arm of Aon. Dina graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Kathy is a 2nd year MBA student at the University of Chicago Booth. Prior to starting her MBA, she spent 6+ years in Principal Capital Group at Wells Fargo where she focused on investing proprietary capital in private and public markets across the capital structure. While at Booth, she completed several internships in private equity, venture capital, and distressed investing. Kathy received her BA from Northwestern University and is also a CFA Charterholder.
Associate Director, Career Services
Mef Shebi is an associate director of Career Services for full-time students and has been working at Chicago Booth since December 2015. He is responsible for developing and delivering career management programming, as well as coaching students on all aspects of their job search. Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Mef was a career advisor at University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where he has served full-time MBAs in a dual coach and employer relations role since 2012. Additionally, he has a diverse experience working as a management consultant in the healthcare, technology, energy and emerging markets sectors. He received his undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering & Mathematics from the University of Virginia and his graduate degree in Education Policy from Harvard University.
Senior Associate Director, Admissions
Joanna joined the Full Time MBA Admissions office in August 2007 and has worked with various groups across the team. Currently as Communications Specialist, she works on developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies. Prior to Booth Joanna served as an account executive for marketing and advertising agencies New York and Chicago. Joanna's experience in higher education includes managing admissions for the Chicago Campus of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as acting as student advisor, instructor, and program coordinator for Lorenzo de’ Medici – The Italian International Institute, an international university in Florence, Italy. Joanna received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
