Assistant Director of Admissions Outreach
Kelsey joined the Full Time Admissions team in September 2015. In addition to serving as part of the admissions committee she works with the Operations Team on global outreach and events. Prior to Chicago Booth, Kelsey travelled as an Educational Leadership Consultant visiting collegiate campuses across the country. She earned her bachelor’s degree is Nonprofit Management from Indiana University, where she interned for the Student Life and Learning office and became a die-hard Hoosier Basketball fan.
Wilther is a second-year student at Chicago Booth pursuing concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Accounting. Prior to his MBA, Wilther started his career with the technology strategy team at Booz Allen Hamilton. Thereafter, he worked with KPMG leading state & local governments initiatives, including the Affordable Care Act and social services programs. At Chicago Booth, Wilther is an active member of the Boxing Club, Wine Club, and Private Equity Group. In addition to his role as an Admissions Fellow, he is the Co-Chair of the Hispanic American Business Student Association (HABSA). He will also be participating in the International Business Exchange Program (IBEP) and studying at IESE in Barcelona next quarter. Wilther spent his summer interning at Deutsche Bank's investment banking division working with the Leveraged Finance team. Post-MBA, he aspires to work in private equity or corporate development.
Senior Associate Director of Admissions and Analytics
Nima joined the Full Time Admissions team in December 2015. She is responsible for driving analytics and overall admissions operations. Prior to joining the Admissions Office, Nima spent five years in Career Services on the Employer Relations team. She joined the team in 2009 and helped develop new employer relationships on the west coast of the United States and later by industry within technology, investment management, media, entertainment, sports, and start-ups across all industries. During her time she developed Amazon into a top employer at Chicago Booth. Nima also worked for the Advisory Board Company and Johns Hopkins International and has a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Health Science/Management. Originally from New Jersey, Nima lives in the South Loop with her husband (Full Time Program, Class of 2010) and twins. In her free time she enjoys cooking, eating out in Chicago, attending concerts and traveling.
Alice is a second-year student pursuing Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Marketing Management. Born in China and educated in the UK, Alice received a bachelor's degree in computer and management science from the University of Warwick and a master's degree in Operational Research from the London School of Economics. Alice worked as an associate at Goldman Sachs in Client Assets protection team in London. Last summer, Alice interned as an Product Marketing Manager at Workiva in Ames, Iowa.
Senior Associate Director, Admissions
Joanna joined the Full Time MBA Admissions office in August 2007 and has worked with various groups across the team. Currently as Communications Specialist, she works on developing and executing integrated marketing and communication strategies. Prior to Booth Joanna served as an account executive for marketing and advertising agencies New York and Chicago. Joanna's experience in higher education includes managing admissions for the Chicago Campus of Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as acting as student advisor, instructor, and program coordinator for Lorenzo de’ Medici – The Italian International Institute, an international university in Florence, Italy. Joanna received her bachelor's degree in journalism from Ohio University and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
