Senior Associate Director, Marketing, The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Micheline Pergande manages the Polsky Center marketing team and oversees the marketing strategy for the center, focusing on building a consistent brand experience across all marketing touchpoints. She serves on Chicago Booth’s Marketing Leadership Council and is responsible for working with university and community stakeholders to build awareness—both internally and externally—of the Polsky Center’s entrepreneurship and private equity programs at the University of Chicago.
Associate Director, Marketing and Communications, Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation
Ally Batty leads communications and marketing efforts for the center and its portfolio of programming, highlighting the growing community of Booth students, alumni, and faculty working to address social concerns.
Senior Associate Director, Career Services
Fern O’Neill is the Senior Associate Director of Career Services for full-time students. She is responsible for developing and delivering career management programming as well as coaching students on all aspects of their job search. She has worked at Chicago Booth since 2007. Prior to joining the Chicago Booth, Fern gained experience across a wide range of Consumer Package Goods marketing roles in both Chicago and New York. Additionally, she worked in a Marketing training role where she trained and coached marketers to build their marketing and leadership skills. She received her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Senior Associate Director, Career Management Services
Kirsten has been working as a career coach at Chicago Booth since 2005 with over ten years of professional experience in consulting and business development. She creates, develops, and delivers career programming to full-time students, as well as builds relationships and assists students with all aspects of the job search process. Prior to joining Chicago Booth, Kirsten worked in Career Services at DePaul.
In addition to serving as part of the admissions committee, Kim works with the operations team on global outreach and events. Prior to Chicago Booth, Kim worked in The University of Chicago's Career Advancement office as a career advisor, advising undergraduate students within the UChicago Careers in Business program. Kim earned her bachelor of arts degree in hospitality and business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Additionally, Kim has a master’s of arts degree in counseling for higher education and student affairs from Montclair State University.
Dominik is a first-year student pursuing concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Born and raised in Germany, Dominik received a bachelor's degree with high honors in Dominik finance and international business from the University of Kansas. Prior to coming to Chicago Booth, Dominik spent the first three years of his career as an investor analyst with J.P.Morgan Asset Management in New York and London. This summer, Dominik will be interning at Digital Plus Partners, a venture capital and growth equity tech fund in Germany.
Gal is a first-year student at Booth, pursuing concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance. Prior to business school, Gal worked in the aerospace industry and started his own Drone company to provide solutions to the Agriculture industry. Gal has a bachelor degree in Computer Science.
Sara is a second year student, working on her start-up that she founded at the start of her MBA at Booth. Eislee is a fashion brand that creates chic, high-quality apparel and accessories made from alpaca yarn with a focus on mindful sourcing and production. Sara has been involved with the many entrepreneurshipresources at Booth, including participating in the Social New Venture Challenge in the spring and the Polsky Accelerator Program this past summer. She is also an Editor of The Booth Experience and a TA for the class Building the New Venture. Prior to Booth, Sara worked in accounting and consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers. She is a CPA and graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2010.
Richard Jy Hyun Choi
Class of 2017 - Richard is a first year student at Booth pursuing concentrations in Strategic Management and Operations. He received a bachelor’s degree with honors from Amherst College, then moved to Korea to complete his military service. He further gained business experience in start-up and management consulting in Korea. This summer, Richard will be interning at McKinsey & Co in Chicago, and explore the consulting climate in the United States.
