Michelle Moore , Director of Admissions Outreach
Michelle Moore Michelle joined the Admissions Office in April 2013. She is responsible for establishing the overall marketing strategy for the full time MBA program, and ensuring recruiting strategies are in line with overall institutional goals and effectively communicated and executed. Prior to joining Booth, Michelle worked for the American Cancer Society where she managed an endurance running/walking program raising money to fight cancer. She also worked as an Associate Director at DePaul University managing the overall marketing campaigns for their graduate programs. Born and raised in Kansas, Michelle received a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas and an MA in PR and Advertising from DePaul University.

Kimberly Ge , Admissions
Kim Massesa In addition to serving as part of the admissions committee, Kim works with the operations team on global outreach and events. Prior to Chicago Booth, Kim worked in The University of Chicago's Career Advancement office as a career advisor, advising undergraduate students within the UChicago Careers in Business program. Kim earned her bachelor of arts degree in hospitality and business at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Additionally, Kim has a master’s of arts degree in counseling for higher education and student affairs from Montclair State University.

Antoinette King , Student
Antoinette King Antoinette is a first-year student pursuing concentrations in Analytical Finance and Entrepreneurship. Born in Jamaica and raised in the US, Antoinette received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Cornell University. Prior to coming to Chicago Booth, she spent three years working in the start-up world and another four years working in client management and asset management with Fidelity Investments. This summer, Antoinette will be completing an investment banking internship at Goldman Sachs in their Technology Media & Telecom group.

Alice Thompson , Student
Alice Thompson Alice is a first-year student from the UK and graduated from University College London with a BA in English literature. She started her career in a nonprofit focused on individual and corporate volunteering and remained a member of their London coat-drive committee until moving to Chicago. Before Booth she held a general management position at a study abroad company, working with universities and governments to send students to intern in China. Alice will be interning at MetLife this summer as part of its leadership development program. At Booth, she is a Board Fellow for Victory Gardens Theater, co-chair of the Corporate Management and Strategy Group, and of the Travel, Transport and Hospitality Group, and co-captain of Volunteers and Operations for Booth's admit weekend, First Day.

Lindsay Badeaux , Admissions Manager, Evening and Weekend MBA Programs
Lindsay Badeaux Lindsay engages with prospective students to help guide them through the application process and connect them with resources, current students, and alumni. She holds a BA in sociology from the University of Georgia, as well as an MS in higher education administration and policy from Northwestern University. Prior to Booth, Lindsay worked for Northwestern’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions, advising prospective students on how to best prepare for their college application process.
